You're looking at waist to chest high waves wrapping cleanly off the headland on pure Atlantic groundswell with an offshore breeze from the SE holding the faces steep and defined. The rising tide is barely moving, which keeps the entry manageable, and the lack of wind chop means every wall is smooth from takeoff to the inside section. This is the window before the day turns.

By mid-afternoon the wind swings onshore from the WSW and the swell fades to thigh to stomach height, which ends the quality. The session is really a morning affair today, so plan accordingly.

Tomorrow looks to peak around the same 5/5 mark early on with thigh to stomach waves at their best when you get out, though the forecast has the usual uncertainty baked into anything beyond tonight. The size and wind behaviour suggest conditions will be gentler than today but the groundswell angle should hold long enough for a decent session if you're there for first light.
